Maryvale Tennis Club is located on Dewey just east off Pharmacy south of Ellesmere. The club has three outdoor courts, lit for evening play and there washroom facilities available. Food and drink is provided at interclub matches and there is a bulletin board for posting information.
Club hours are Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 11:00pm, 8:00am to 11:00pm on Saturdays, Sunday and public holidays. Also, additional organized tennis activities may take place at the club during weekday hours.
Maryvale has two teams in the Adult Interclub League in the divisions A2, and B2 and the player fee is $20 per season. Maryvale also has 1 team in the Junior Interclub League - one Junior A Boys team. Junior lessons are offered free to members - contact the club for dates and times. Adult house league run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm to 11:00pm and is free to club members. Annual club tournaments and club champions tournaments are held and the club also offers three terrific social event and round robins in June and July.
