Tennis in Scarborough

The mission of the Scarborough Tennis Federation (STF) is to actively involve in organized tennis as many of the citizens of Scarborough as possible, and to ensure there are opportunities for each player to develop to his/her own playing potential.

Scarborough has 19 community tennis clubs, which are members of the STF. All of these clubs are run by volunteers. The STF functions as the communications and coordinating link between the member clubs and the City of Toronto. All of the STF clubs are members of the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA).
The STF also provides programs such as the adult and junior Interclub leagues and tournaments. The clubs provide activities including lessons for junior and adult members, house leagues, team play in leagues, tournaments, social events, recreational tennis and various junior programs.
